We are seeking a skilled Community Marketing professional to join our team. As a Community Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with our candidate community, delight our VIP hiring-manager clients, and build partnerships with universities and professional organizations.
Your primary goal will be to create a positive and supportive community that fosters connections, collaboration, and growth among job seekers and employers. You will achieve this by designing and implementing programs, events, and initiatives that cater to the needs of both parties.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of community management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to attract and retain candidates.
- Design and deliver events, workshops, and webinars that cater to the needs of our candidate community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, university representatives, and industry partners.
- 1-4 years of experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
