The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified mechanic to join our team. As a mechanic with us, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing damaged vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair suspension and mechanical components
- Dismantle and fit new parts
- Conduct quality control and inspection of vehicles
- Test drive vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform wheel alignments
- Update diagnostic and wheel alignment computers as needed
- Label and store parts correctly
- Verify correctness and undamaged status of new parts
- Adapt solutions based on completed diagnoses
Requirements
- Experience and training as a qualified mechanic (essential)
- Strong commitment to safety
- Desire to grow and build skills
- Good attitude, with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and process-driven
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work
