Builder Eligibility Specialist

As a key member of the Domestic Building Insurance team, you will play a vital role in assessing builder eligibility and policy information. With excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and attention to detail, you will manage conflicting priorities and communicate sensitively and effectively with stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team where you can maximise your contribution by regularly participating in educational opportunities, researching, networking, and partnering with professional organisations.

  • You will consult regularly with nominated distributors regarding builder eligibility and policy information.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience working with a broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated administrative and analytical skills, strong time management, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A strong service orientation and ability to interpret client needs to provide high levels of service delivery and outcomes is necessary.
  • Being a highly supportive team player, with an appropriate amount of autonomy to manage your own workload.
