Expert Underground Electrical Technicians Wanted

Job Overview:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to support our customers in Queensland.
">About the Role:
">- Installation and commissioning of Electrical equipment Underground
- Onsite electrical auditing, testing, breakdown assistance, commissioning, and installation of Longwall systems, Development Power systems, Conveyor signal line and communication systems, Gas monitoring equipment, and HV electrical equipment
- Provide face-to-face support to clients
- Work individually and in small teams across a wide range of mine sites
- Provide timely and quality service-related reports following any site work completed
Key Responsibilities:
">- Install and commission Electrical equipment Underground
- Conduct onsite electrical audits, testing, breakdown assistance, commissioning, and installation of mentioned systems
- Offer direct support to clients
- Work independently and in small teams at various mine sites
- Submit timely and quality service reports post-site work
Requirements:
">- Safety as a core value
- Experience with HV electrical equipment and systems specific to mining and utilities (including diagnosis and fault finding)
- Experience with Underground coal longwall systems (Ampcontrol controlled systems an advantage)
- Experience with IMAC and Gasguard systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of explosion protection techniques
- Understanding of AS3800, AS4871, AS2290
- Good report writing skills
- Task-focused approach
- Ability to make decisions
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Comfortable with travel and being away from home
