We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a customer service role. On behalf of our client, this is a 6 month contract position with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will be available to start in mid-August and have the following key attributes;

  • Excellent phone manner and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in a freight, transport, logistics setting
  • Understanding of the metropolitan area
  • Good keyboard/typing skills

You will work in a small team environment and must be willing to complete clearance checks as part of the recruitment process.

This role involves handling customer queries efficiently, making outbound calls, and providing information on services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling customer queries in a timely manner
  2. Making outbound phone calls and handling inbound calls for existing customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
