Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who can lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve project goals.

As a successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in civil construction and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management principles, with the ability to apply these skills in a real-world setting. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, maintaining open communication channels, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading project teams and motivating them to achieve project objectives.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Ensuring quality and safety outcomes through regular site inspections and monitoring progress against project milestones.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in civil construction (at least 3 years) with a solid background in typical civil works.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project planning, execution, and control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results.
  • Good understanding of computer-aided design software and other digital tools used in the construction industry.
