Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Information Management projects to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead a variety of business improvement initiatives, with a focus on systems and data management, including document management systems.
Experience with SharePoint, SAP DMS or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business improvement projects, particularly in the Information Management domain.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
* Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
* Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of proven experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.
* Demonstrated success in delivering Information Management or document management system projects.
* Experience with SAP DMS or similar platforms is advantageous.
* Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
