Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to assist our finance department and support our dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Ensuring the accuracy of deal pack costing, processing, and compliance requirements.
  2. Preparing reconciliations for balance sheets.
  3. Upholding and implementing company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  4. Guaranteeing adherence to group and relevant accounting standards.
  5. Delivering clear and transparent reports to sales and commercial managers.
  6. Overseeing the daily collection, reconciliation, and banking of cash receipts.
  7. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  1. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced commercial setting.
  2. A proven track record of meeting stringent reporting deadlines.
  3. The ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Outstanding organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
  6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
