We are in search of a dedicated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Account Manager to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the designated territory, ensuring processes are in place to measure success.
  • Execute the Account Manager Plan while collaborating with other sales personnel to achieve annual budget targets.
  • Coordinate and oversee activities, including visit schedules, to cultivate a culture of ambitious goal attainment.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to the Head of Services Sales and Sales Excellence Business Partner for effective forecasting.
  • Produce and manage forecasts for order intake in alignment with the Sales Excellence Business Partner.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Centers and management to understand work in progress, quoting, and order management, identifying opportunities for enhancement and jointly developing actionable plans.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Pumps, Electric Service, or Turbine sectors is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Electrical or Mechanical products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Capacity to quickly analyze and interpret technical data.
