Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead our team in ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor the health, safety and environmental management systems for large-scale projects.
- Lead regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with corporate health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify and mitigate risks associated with health, safety and the environment.
- Drive positive performance outcomes through continuous improvement initiatives and detailed reporting.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, safety and environmental related disciplines or a similar field.
- Previous experience in a similar position with large-scale commercial building construction projects.
- Proven skills in developing, monitoring and implementing health, safety and environmental management systems.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
- Ability to promote a safe working environment and lead a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
