
Office Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation, greeting clients and managing calls.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including managing emails, correspondence, and ATO communications.
- Prepare invoices and process payments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain client databases and assist with document management.
- General admin support as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception or office administration is highly regarded.
- A professional, courteous manner and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary for success in this role.
- The ability to prioritise, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems are required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to client service are vital.
