Renault Australia is proudly distributed by the Ateco Group, Australia's largest independent vehicle distributor, with over 30 years' experience bringing global automotive brands to market across Australia and New Zealand.

We are now seeking a results-driven and strategically minded National Fleet Sales Manager to lead Renault's fleet sales program across Australia. Based at our Sydney head office and reporting to the General Manager, this role will be instrumental in expanding Renault's fleet presence, building strong relationships with corporate and government customers, and driving sustainable sales growth in the light commercial and EV segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with existing Renault fleet customers and related business' across Australia
  • Identify and initiate potential/prospective business relationships to grow brand recognition and sales.
  • Provide product presentations and training online and in person to current clients and potential clients as required.

Dealer Network Relationship Management

  • Provide support and guidance to the dealer network fleet sales teams, assisting their fleet sales efforts.
  • Provide training on existing and new product as required to dealership fleet teams.

Fleet Evaluation Vehicle Management

  • Create a fleet evaluation program with the right mix of vehicles comparable to relevant competitor programs.
  • Develop strategies to maximise the use the fleet evaluation ensuring all fleet evaluation vehicles are utilised as often as possible.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong track record in fleet or B2B sales, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with corporate, rental and government customers
  • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, tenders, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities in LCV and EV fleet markets
