Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering data into software programs.
  • Producing and reviewing customer billing.
  • Reconciling daily payments and investigating payment discrepancies.
  • Managing customer accounts, including debt collection and credit applications.
  • Collaborating with sales and service teams to resolve billing issues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for working with figures and managing multiple priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
