The RoleYou will support the development and delivery of change activities across complex projects and strategic organisational initiatives. You will prepare change documentation, implement change activities, and analyse data to support successful transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Champion our values and support individuals and teams through change transitions.
- Support the delivery of change management activities including communications, training, process design, and impact assessments.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality change documentation and artefacts.
- Analyse and report on data related to change initiatives, including employee feedback and performance metrics.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in business or health, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience contributing to organisational change.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.
