About the Role

We are seeking a full-time caregiver to join our team at Estia Health Brunswick West. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading by example, and promoting a culture of safety and respect.

  • Provide medical attention and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current nursing degree and AHPRA registration
  • Leadership experience in clinical care
  • Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
