We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.

Job Description:

As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, safe care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your role will involve delivering thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of hands-on care and support.
  • Delivering thorough assessments and evaluations.
  • Providing quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.
  • Promoting best practice interventions for positive health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
  • Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
