Job Description

As a dedicated caregiver, you will provide direct support and domestic assistance to clients across the Mornington Peninsula. This rewarding role involves ensuring client rights, cultural, spiritual and individual needs are respected in all aspects of care and daily living.

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective support to clients, recognizing changes in their conditions and escalating observations and concerns.
  • Promote quality activities and provide exceptional customer service, maintaining friendly and supportive relationships with clients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged or Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card.
  • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations.
  • Australian working rights.
