The Role:

As a Trust Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Trust Management Team to ensure accurate and timely trust reporting for a designated portfolio of RMBS Term and Warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing trust management activities: trust waterfall calculation, instructing payments, investor reporting, and ongoing trust monitoring.
  • Preparing and reviewing trust reports, including trust distributions and daily operations.
  • Performing trust asset and liability reconciliation and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Handling queries from investors, trustees, and rating agencies.
  • Collaborating with the Trust Reporting Manager to meet key objectives.
  • Providing trust reporting data to internal stakeholders like Treasury and Finance.
  • Assisting in reporting for new funding and securitization transactions.
  • Documenting processes and policies for clarity and consistency.
  • Updating and improving reporting templates regularly.
  • Driving continuous process improvements in trust management activities.

Requirements:

We are seeking a proactive and process-oriented Trust Analyst who operates with strong attention to detail, is an excellent multitasker, and has a knack for communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. You will possess:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in securitisation trust management (treasury operations experience is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros and data management highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
