Role Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Senior Analysts and Consultants within the Fund Accounting team. They report to the Team Manager and assist with workflow distribution and maximizing team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate completion of NAVs across various Fund Accounting Clients
  • Provide on-the-job technical training and coaching for team members
  • Organize team work, assign tasks, and set short-term priorities
  • Ensure all procedures are kept up to date and adhered to daily
  • Assist the Team Manager in establishing team goals and objectives
  • Generate process enhancement ideas and coordinate their introduction
  • Participate in internal and external projects as needed

Requirements:

  • College or University degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Experience in Fund Accounting is required
  • Supervisory experience is desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines
