The Role

We are seeking a skilled Trust Analyst to join our Trust Management Team. As a Trust Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely trust reporting for a designated portfolio of RMBS Term and Warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will include executing trust management activities, preparing and reviewing trust reports, performing trust asset and liability reconciliation, and handling queries from investors, trustees, and rating agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute trust management activities, including trust waterfall calculation, instructing payments, investor reporting, and ongoing trust monitoring.
  • Prepare and review trust reports, including trust distributions and daily operations.
  • Perform trust asset and liability reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle queries from investors, trustees, and rating agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Trust Reporting Manager to meet key objectives.
  • Provide trust reporting data to internal stakeholders, such as Treasury and Finance.
  • Assist in reporting for new funding and securitization transactions.
  • Document processes and policies for clarity and consistency.
  • Update and improve reporting templates regularly.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in trust management activities.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in securitisation trust management (treasury operations experience is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros and data management highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
