Job Overview

This position requires a skilled Loader Operator to manage and operate heavy machinery for efficient material handling.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the 988 Loader feed Telsmith Crushing Plant with recycled concrete and asphalt rubble.
  • Load finished aggregate into customer trucks as required.
  • Inspect and manage inbound rubble streams, as well as stockpiles.
  • Assist the crushing plant operator in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Conduct daily safety equipment inspections and routine loader maintenance.
  • Develop skills through onsite training to become the backup Telsmith crusher plant operator.
  • Maintain environmental records and infrastructure throughout the site; work independently and collaboratively within a team environment; communicate effectively with team members and customers.
