Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our hotel.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and hotel facilities.
  • You will perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of hotel equipment and avoid costly downtime.
  • You will respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • You will maintain detailed logs and records of work performed.
  • You will support safety programs by identifying hazards and following fire and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • You must have hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems maintenance.
  • You must have proven skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
  • You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You must have a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • You must have effective communication skills to coordinate with hotel staff and interact professionally with guests.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
