Technician For Room And Facility Maintenance

Key to a smooth guest experience is our behind-the-scenes Engineering team, working diligently to maintain the property's rooms and facilities.
- Complete assigned work orders as requested by the Chief Engineer to meet customer expectations
- Identify project work requirements throughout the hotel
- Implement and execute the preventative maintenance program
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with demonstrated expertise in general building maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hotel setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrated problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics
- Effective communication skills for dealing with guests or hotel staff
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general building maintenance or engineering
