As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily tasks of our Learning Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our language training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the Learning Advisor team and the operations department, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Manage incoming inquiry emails from learners, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
- Update databases and create manuals to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Learning Advisor Operations Specialist to receive and manage requests and issues from the Learning Advisor team.
- Support the Learning Advisor Operations Specialist in extracting and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the cancellations process and provide backup support during business travels and PTOs.
- Reinforce communication with the Learning Advisor team about new processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Share insights and identify pain points and opportunity areas from the operation to be efficiently addressed by the LA Ops department.
- Prepare monthly and weekly results reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with LA Ops Specialists to report any issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare weekly reports on active learners, providing insights on engagement and progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of discipline and adaptability.
- Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google tools (docs, sheets, etc.) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Minimum B1-B2 level of written communication in English (not required for speaking).
- Adaptability to change and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
