Wellbeing Team Leader

Job Description

At Cheltenham Manor, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Team Leader to join our vibrant and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, highly organised and self-motivated individual with a heart for enhancing the lives of older Australians.

The successful candidate will play a central role in creating and delivering holistic lifestyle programs that support the social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and leading engaging recreation and wellbeing programs
  • Encouraging individual and group participation across all levels of ability
  • Building strong connections with families and the broader community
  • Supporting personalised care planning and documentation
  • Driving new initiatives and activities that enrich daily life for our residents
Requirements
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health
  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience in similar role in residential aged care setting (highly regarded)
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
  • Valid Police Check (mandatory)
  • Australian Working Rights
