Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

This is a permanent part-time opportunity to join our residential care home, located in Frankston VIC. As a lifestyle coordinator you will make a difference to the lives of residents, their families, and the staff that help support and care for them.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recreational and social programs that enhance the well-being of residents
- Maintain records of programs, including design, resident participation, and evaluation
- Assist each resident in accordance with the lifestyle plan document
- Ensure all programs meet residents needs and accreditation standards
- Engage residents and encourage community involvement
- Certificate III/IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- NDIS Clearance
- Demonstrated understanding of cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents and their families
- Empathy and ability to build strong connections with residents and their loved ones
- Honesty, helpfulness, and dependability
- Creativity and experience in coordinating recreational and social programs
