About Lifestyle Coordinators

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Leisure Program Coordinator to join our organization. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of leisure and lifestyle programs designed to promote physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing and independence of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a monthly lifestyle program that caters to individual senior needs and preferences.
  • Deliver leisure and lifestyle activities that enhance the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Cultural and Social wellbeing of individuals.
  • Contribute to comprehensive and accurate Lifestyle Assessments and Care Plans for all seniors.
  • Maintain a planned and coordinated approach to the delivery of a broad range of programs to support seniors to participate in activities that meet their individual interests and needs.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Leisure Program Coordinator who possesses:

  • Proven competency in delivering recreational activities, music and craft therapy in a senior care environment.
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills and ability to foster effective relationships with staff, seniors and resident representatives and external service providers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications and experience in Senior Care or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing a caring and empathetic service to our seniors while respecting their privacy, choices and cultural preferences.
