We're seeking a passionate educator to inspire young minds in their home away from home. A casual role that's perfect for someone who enjoys being rewarded daily with children's smiles and wants to make a positive impact on their lives.

As a Casual Educator, you'll be part of a team of like-minded professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the lead educator to develop and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, support the lead educator in delivering exceptional education programs, and actively contribute to the development of educational resources and documentation. You'll also be expected to adopt a positive team culture and support your colleagues in achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in an accredited childcare facility or similar setting. You'll need to have a strong understanding of early childhood development theories, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy is also essential for this role.

To apply for this position, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • A Diploma of Children's Services (desirable)
  • A First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
  • A Blue Card (paid)
