Lead Indoor Football Program

Are you passionate about developing your leadership skills within the context of a high-quality football program?

This is an excellent opportunity to take charge and drive forward-thinking initiatives that promote the growth of indoor football.

As our Lead Indoor Football Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive and engaging indoor football program across all groups and divisions. You will assist with coordinating logistics, supervising games, mentoring umpires, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Indoor Football on designated evenings.
  • Supervising game performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Setting up and packing up sports equipment after each session.
  • Communicating effectively with teams and spectators to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Handling participant conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Developing and implementing rules to enhance the overall experience.

This role requires flexibility and availability on designated evenings from 7 pm onwards to support our football competitions.
