Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leisure activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to leisure activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Diversional Therapy or a related field (desired)
- Previous experience working with older adults or people with disabilities
- Current first aid certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
