The Opportunity: We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Centre Manager at our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team.
As a Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, impacting daily operations significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition following AMA quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate quotes, inspections, and repairs to pre-accident condition.
  • Provide exceptional service through professional and friendly interactions.
  • Manage profitability by preparing and reviewing budgets, job costings, KPIs, and reports.
  • Maintain a safe site by following WHS policies and promptly addressing safety incidents.
