About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Support Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our veteran and aged clients across the Sunshine Coast region.

This is a dynamic role that requires you to assist with personal care, light domestic duties, and shopping on behalf of our clients. You will be visiting multiple clients in their own homes, providing a personalized service that makes a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with light domestic duties, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and assist with grocery shopping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
  • Cert III Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in aged care or disability services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
