The Customer Experience and Support Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the City Assets Department, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service, maintaining a positive council image and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including report preparation, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and implement technology initiatives that enhance service delivery.
  • Assist with tasks such as purchase orders, assessments, timesheets, and permits.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in office administration or a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative support role.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Dynamics, Word, Excel, and Windows programs.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in report and correspondence writing, with proficiency in iShare, Pathways, Dynamics, and SAP.
