**Job Summary**
We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Dan Murphy's. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver world-class customer experiences
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform experience improvements
