
Advanced Oral Health Service Leader

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading and managing oral health services in a cluster.
- The successful candidate will have a clinical workload and be responsible for the leadership, management, education, and administration of the cluster dental clinics.
- They will also be accountable for ensuring the implementation and ongoing monitoring of state and local district policies and work practices.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Dentist.
- Demonstrated experience in general dental work and a range of advanced and complex dental procedures.
- High-level skills in challenging cases.
- Ability to participate as a member of an oral health management team.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder and patient consultation, and complaint resolution.
- Flexible work arrangements.
