We are seeking a skilled Full Time Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Figtree Hotel in Wollongong. As an experienced cook, you will work under the guidance of a dedicated Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of modern, innovative food across various cuisines and styles.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure exceptional customer service and quality dishes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen or similar environment.
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
  • Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
