Chief Performance and Compliance Officer

As a Performance Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic frameworks for maintenance planning, compliance and continuous improvement across operations.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for maintenance planning, compliance and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects to uplift maintenance standards and enhance asset performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of strategic plans for maintenance performance and improvement
- Overseeing the implementation of maintenance management software and compliance tracking tools
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and enhance asset performance
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to plant and equipment
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute professional with experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs

- Proficiency in maintenance management software and compliance tracking tools
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects focused on maintenance transformation and planning optimisation
