Job Summary

As a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our approach to risk and compliance within Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

You will establish HSE risk registers, conduct thorough risk assessments, and document controls to ensure the organization operates within acceptable parameters.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver an audit program that supports operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed a consistent and effective approach to governance, risk, and assurance.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have expertise in HSE governance, risk, and compliance, preferably within high-risk industries such as construction, mining, telco, or rail.

  • Improve safety and environmental management systems by implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Design and execute an audit program to monitor and report on organizational performance.
Requirements

We seek an individual with a deep understanding of risk assessment, assurance, and reporting. A strong track record of navigating complex systems and frameworks is essential.
