Job Title: Customer Support Technician
Description:
We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Our client, a leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, requires an expert in deploying and maintaining clients' computer infrastructure.
The role involves providing essential support, education, and guidance in troubleshooting technical problems, supporting Siemens PLM solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Main Responsibilities- Responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues related to PLM software and hardware.
- Supporting clients with Siemens PLM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Determining software and hardware requirements for effective solutions.
- Diagnosing and resolving system problems related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
- Installing, downloading, and configuring PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter.
- Developing and conducting user training sessions and creating technical documentation.
- Collaborating with users and senior engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with PLM software support, particularly Siemens Teamcenter.
