We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions, ensuring a strong pool of applicants.

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient hiring processes.

  • Utilize various recruitment tools and software to manage the hiring process, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the role.

  • Make recommendations to hiring managers on the best candidates for each position.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment law.

Requirements">

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruitment software and ATS/HRIS systems.
