We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
">Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source and screen candidates for open positions, ensuring a strong pool of applicants.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient hiring processes.
Utilize various recruitment tools and software to manage the hiring process, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the role.
Make recommendations to hiring managers on the best candidates for each position.
Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment law.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruitment software and ATS/HRIS systems.
