  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other coaching staff to ensure consistency and high-quality coaching across all programs.">
  • Community Engagement: Promote club participation and encourage swimmers to participate in local, state, and national competitions.">

  • Coaching accreditation – Competitive Strokes and 'Development/Bronze' or higher.">
