Clinical Care Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in creating an environment where residents feel valued and respected.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and leadership support to Home Managers.
  • Support care delivery through leadership and guidance to Care Teams.
  • Deliver time-specific quality and clinical improvement projects at a Care Home level.

About You:

  • You must have current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • You should have working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector is required.
  • You should have a Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • You must have a proven ability in quality management using a teambuilding approach through mentoring and staff development.
  • You should have a high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • An inherent curiosity and a personal value of wanting to do better all the time are essential.
