Clinical Leadership Role

The Clinical Care Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager to create and maintain an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and their individual needs are met.

About The Position

This leadership role involves guiding the Clinical Care team, ensuring they understand each resident's identity, culture, diversity, beliefs, and life experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the Home Manager.

About You
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with full registration.

  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience with evidence of outcomes.
