Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the Clinical Care team, providing clinical and leadership support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Care Team with guidance and leadership
  • Driving quality and clinical improvement projects at a Home level
  • Supporting care delivery through strategic leadership and guidance
Key Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector
  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience
  • A proven ability in quality management using a team-based approach
