Join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care, delivering personalised therapy in an innovative care model.

With our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence), you'll tailor evidence-based programs around resident goals—offering mobility and functional therapy, care plan reviews, 1:1 interventions, and group active ageing services.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendation to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

• A bachelor's degree
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
