ShiftCare is a rapidly growing Australian scale-up health-tech SaaS provider specialising in the home healthcare space. We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our outbound team and drive sales growth in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive new business growth
  • Identify and prospect potential customers, initiate contact, and build relationships through email, phone, and social media channels
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets
  • Work closely with our marketing team to optimise messaging and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and execute sales proposals and presentations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
