We're seeking an exceptional Brand Manager to drive the success of our brand portfolio. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing plans across various channels. Your primary focus will be on championing our brand vision and positioning across Australia, ensuring consistency with our ethos. You'll work closely with stakeholders to manage multiple marketing projects, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and through-the-line marketing, with experience in beverage or FMCG industries. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and the ability to bring people together.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion Our Brand Vision: Ensure that all marketing efforts stay true to our ethos and reflect the brand's identity.
  • Develop Integrated Marketing Plans: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee various marketing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and success.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Use market data and consumer behavior analysis to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and inform brand strategy.

Requirements:
  • Brand Marketing Experience: Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably within beverages, FMCG, or purpose-led consumer brands.
  • Strategic Thinking and Execution: Balance creative thinking with practical execution, delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Consumer Behavior Expertise: Strong grasp of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and through-the-line marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration.
