Your day in the life of a Lion Assistant Brand Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a great opportunity to dive into all aspects of brand marketing—from supporting big ideas to managing the details that make them happen. You'll be involved in brand campaigns, events, sponsorships, digital marketing and everything in between. You'll also keep us grounded in data and insights, helping the team track performance and spot new opportunities.

  • Support the Brand – Help bring brand initiatives to life across communications, events, sponsorships, and innovation.
  • Track What Matters – Lead monthly reporting on brand and commercial performance. Work with insights, sales and finance to turn data into clear actions.
  • Manage Budgets – Own key brand admin processes including budget tracking and reporting.
  • Boost Our Digital Presence – Support our digital channels and help keep our online platforms engaging and on-brand.
  • Collaborate Across the Business – Partner with teams across the business to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice.

To be successful you will bring

  • A degree qualified marketer with experience in brand, shopper, or sales roles—keen to take the next step.
  • Comfortable with numbers and using insights to guide decisions.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead.
  • A strong communicator and natural team player.
  • Curious, creative, and passionate about brand building.
  • Digitally savvy and tuned in to emerging trends.
  • Flexible and ready to roll with changing needs or priorities.
  • Able to travel occasionally to our Sydney office or events interstate.
