About the Role:


This full-time permanent position involves teaching HSC English and/or HSC Drama. We seek a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly experienced teacher who can inspire secondary age students.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Teaching HSC English and/or HSC Drama
  • In-depth understanding of the NESA English and/or Drama curriculum
  • Experience in teaching advanced and extension English
  • Knowledge of recent developments in senior secondary pedagogy and its application to their subject area
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Confidence in technology use and willingness to enhance learning in the classroom
  • Understanding of and commitment to the School's Christian mission, values, and ethos

Desirable Skills:


Previous experience teaching International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) is highly desirable.

A competitive salary package is available, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
