Associate Digital Director Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our digital leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving our media investment plans and delivering high-quality results for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Connected Execution plans, building exciting partnerships with media owners, and delivering value for our clients. You will operate in a system powered by data, technology, and automation, working closely with our digital experts to optimize channel thinking and drive business growth.

In this role, you will assist the Group Digital Director and/or Digital Director in delivering high-quality digital investment plans, ensuring that your team uses data, technology, and tools to deliver best-in-class media systems. You will also be responsible for coaching managers regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Connected Execution plans to drive media investment plans
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH MEDIA OWNERS TO DELIVER VALUE FOR CLIENTS
  • Operate in a system powered by data, technology, and automation to optimize channel thinking
  • Coach managers regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in digital planning and buying within media agencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels and tools
  • Understanding of the relationship between channels
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes to the digital media industry
